Pigment AOP for broad fibre compatibility
The pigment line prints fabric in roll form using water-based pigment inks fixed with heat. It is the broadest route in the AOP range: cotton, linen, viscose, modal and some blended or stretch constructions may be suitable, subject to the actual fabric and print brief.
Seven pigment AOP machines run in parallel, with a stated production capacity of 3,000 kg per day. The published minimums are 5 metres for woven fabric or 3 kg for knit, per design. All AOP machines have a 72-inch print width.
Technology
Reactive AOP for cellulosic fabrics
Reactive printing is designed for cellulose-based fibres such as cotton, linen, viscose and modal. The dye is fixed through a steaming and wash-off process, making this a distinct route from surface-applied pigment. It is not a universal option for synthetic fibres or every blend; share the fibre composition before choosing it.
Two reactive AOP machines support a stated capacity of 2,000 kg per day. Together, the pigment and reactive AOP operation has a sustained capacity of 5,000 kg per day. Published reactive minimums are 10 metres for woven or 5 kg for knit per design. Fabric preparation and construction still matter, so suitability should be confirmed for the submitted material.

Hybrid screen-digital for placement and effects
Hybrid combines a speciality screen channel with a full-colour digital element for placement printing on cut panels and garments. Available screen effects include waterbase, high-density, discharge, glitter, silicon, puff, foil and shimmer. The digital component supports complex artwork alongside the selected effect.
Eight hybrid lines have a sustained capacity of 25,000 pieces per day; the published minimum is 100 pieces per design. Fabric shade, composition and construction affect whether a particular effect is appropriate, so the proposed combination is reviewed during sampling.
Technology
Choose by substrate, not by machine alone
For fabric rolls and all-over artwork, compare pigment and reactive based on fibre content and the desired result. For cut pieces, finished apparel or graphics that combine digital colour with a tactile screen effect, discuss hybrid placement printing. No route removes the need to check a specific fabric and design together.
