Choose the print route for the fabric and order
Pigment AOP is available from a 5-metre minimum, while reactive AOP starts at 10 metres woven. Hybrid screen and digital placement printing is available from 100 pieces per design for cut-panel and garment work.
Digital AOP colour count does not change the price; screen printing is charged by colour. The route still depends on the fibre, fabric construction and intended use, so share those details before sampling.

Open-width handling for woven and knit fabric
The printable open-width range is 44 to 72 inches, across fabric weights from 60 to 550 GSM. Tubular knits are not accepted. Edge gumming and cutting are handled in-house.
Woven qualities include poplin, cambric, twill, canvas, satin and muslin. Cotton and other cellulosics can use pigment or reactive ink routes; polyester and poly-cotton blends are pigment-only. Wool and nylon cannot be printed.

Plan sampling before the bulk fabric arrives
The strike-off clock starts once both the artwork and fabric have been received; sampling then takes 3–5 working days. Bulk production is about 5–7 working days after the sample is approved and the bulk fabric arrives.
Finished orders can be dispatched across India. Include the fabric composition, width, weight, finish and artwork repeat information when you request a sample plan.
