Built for brands and exporters, not retail single-piece orders.
This is a B2B production service. We work with sustainable fashion brands commissioning print collections, garment exporters printing their own-label or private-label ranges, kidswear brands developing seasonal print programmes, and buying houses sourcing digitally printed tees for their retail clients.
We do not offer retail single-piece or on-demand printing. The minimum production run is 300 pieces per design, and our process — sampling, approval, production — is built around the B2B development cycle: sampling with a reference strike-off, approval sign-off, then bulk production on a committed delivery date.
We accept both CMT (cut, make, trim — print only, on garments you provide) and full-service print-and-supply where we source and print GOTS certified organic cotton blanks from our own yarn-to-garment supply chain.

Each option below combines a speciality screen channel with the full-colour digital print element in a single production pass. Select one screen effect per design; the digital component is unlimited in colour and complexity.
Discharge + Digital
Bleaches the garment dye to a soft natural ground, then overlays full-colour digital artwork. Ideal for dark-ground premium tees — unachievable by digital alone.
Foil + Digital
Mirror-finish metallic foil channel combined with photographic digital print in one pass — for seasonal highlight effects on fashion tees.
Puff + Digital
Heat-expanded raised outline with unlimited-colour digital fill. The premium kidswear finish: tactile, branded, distinctive.
Silicon + Digital
Soft-rubber silicon hand-feel channel around or beneath digital artwork. Premium feel for sportswear, athleisure, and lifestyle brands.
Glitter + Digital
Sparkle screen channel fused with a full-resolution digital graphic — used on festival tees, childrenswear, and seasonal collections.
HD (High-Density) + Digital
Thick, three-dimensional ink deposit for logos and graphic elements, combined with photographic digital background print.

Why Digital & Hybrid
Why design-led brands move from traditional screen to digital and hybrid.
No screens required — no screen cost per design.
Traditional screen printing charges a screen-making fee for every colour in every design. A 6-colour graphic tee in a run of 300 pieces may cost more in screen preparation than in the actual printing. Digital and hybrid printing eliminate this entirely — there are no screens. You pay only for the print.
Unlimited colours. One fixed per-piece cost.
Digital printing places ink directly from a print file. The number of colours, gradients, or photographic elements in your design makes no difference to the cost. A 2-colour tee costs the same per piece as a 200-colour photographic print at the same size and quantity.
Fast sampling. Actual production speed.
We can turn around a strike-off in 5 working days. Because there are no screens to make, no colour separations to approve, and no screen alignment to manage, the sampling loop is short. Design to approved sample to bulk production can move at a pace that screen printing cannot match.

Our MOQ of 300 pieces per design is set at a point where production economics work for both sides. Many of our brand clients run 6–10 designs at 300–500 pcs per design per season, using our platform as a design-speed advantage over their competitors.

Macrofast holds GOTS Licence 010677 for our digital printing operation, which means our entire print process — including the inks, the facility, and the handling — is GOTS certified and independently audited.
For brands selling certified organic garments, this matters end to end: if you supply GOTS certified organic cotton blanks, and we print them under our GOTS print licence, the finished printed garment retains a verifiable GOTS chain of custody. Your compliance team can look up our licence number on the GOTS public database.
We also supply GOTS certified organic cotton blanks from our own vertically integrated yarn-to-garment supply chain, cutting out an additional supplier link for brands that want to source blank and print from a single factory.

From brief to bulk in four steps.
Send your brief
Share artwork files (PDF, AI, PNG at 150+ dpi) and your fabric / blank spec. Tell us the print technique, size, and quantity per design.
Strike-off approval
We produce a physical strike-off on your specified fabric within 5 working days. You review and approve (or request adjustments). No bulk commitment until approval.
Bulk production
Upon approval, bulk production runs to schedule. For 300 pcs per design, typical production time is 3–5 working days after approval. Delivery to your freight forwarder or directly.
Documentation
GOTS transaction certificate, packing list, and compliance documents issued on dispatch. Full audit trail available on request for brand compliance teams.
