Fabric Printing MOQ, Sampling & Lead Times — How an Order Runs

A clear handoff makes sampling more useful and helps the production team assess the right print route. Use this guide to prepare artwork and fabric details, plan colour approval and understand when the stated lead-time windows begin.

Start with a technical check

Send the artwork together with the fabric specification: fibre content, construction, open width, weight, finish and intended end use. The team checks that the artwork and fabric fit the proposed route before a strike-off is arranged.

For roll printing, send open-width fabric that is white or bleached, bio-washed and shrinkage-controlled. Use a hydrophilic softener only; silicone softener is not suitable for this preparation.

Approve a physical sample before bulk

The strike-off takes 3–5 working days once both the artwork and fabric are received. The clock does not start when only one of those items is available.

Pantone matching is approximate. Physical swatches can be accepted as references; review the strike-off under D65 lighting. Up to three correction rounds are included without charge before sample approval.

Confirm bulk timing and dispatch

Bulk production is about 5–7 working days after the sample is approved and the bulk fabric has arrived. Dispatch is available pan-India.

Sampling is charged and paid in advance. Rush jobs are sometimes possible, subject to the artwork, fabric and production schedule; ask for confirmation before planning around an expedited date.
